My first association with this team was when, in 2004 I booked through their office a Captain’s Choice trip to Eastern Europe and they carried out everything through the Melbourne Company’s office to the last detail. Next I booked an APT trip to Dubai and Egypt. At first I was travelling on my own and 10 days before departure my daughter on the Sunshine Coast decided to come with me. They set to work, with no dramas, and 8 days later it was all sorted in every minute detail. What a team! My next journey was a Globus trip to Dubai, Portugal, Spain, Morocco and Paris. Again spot on. My daughters and I went to Hawaii early 2008 and again airfares and insurance sorted. In September I did another tour to South America and of course I went along to Imagine Travel to sort out everything for me.

My parents were lucky enough to travel all over the World. I always remember them telling me, if you get the opportunity to travel, always use a Reputable Travel Agent, known almost everywhere. When I lost my mother, I always wished to go to Disneyland (California) and Hawaii, so I decided to call and see Keith and Melissa at Imagine Travel. I was instantly taken by the greeting I received as I was not just taking myself, but 2 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and 5 grandchildren. It was through all the staff at Imagine Travel, their loyalty, being so helpful and the little hints they passed on to me and my family that, I’m sure, made our holiday to California and Hawaii so special, with no hassles of any kind. Deciding on our holiday destination is an important event to Lyn and me. However, this is the easy part. The difficult parts of flights, accommodation, combining tours and transfers is all left to Keith and his staff.
Lyn and I have been using Keith’s agency for some seven years and in that time we have visited Asia, Europe, the United States and of course toured parts of Australia.
To say the very least Keith and his staff have always been very obliging and most helpful. The advice offered on many occasions has always proved to be correct and most accurate. We have never in all of our travels when using Keith’s agency experienced any problems.

We are now on the verge of our 4th trip to England and Europe and each time Melissa and Keith have done a great job for us. We have thrown some tricky and offbeat ideas at them but nothing is too much of a problem for them to iron out and once on the trips everything goes as smoothly as a precision watch. As older citizens of the Illawarra, it is so nice to be able to have Trust and Faith in your Travel Agent. We are now retired and enjoy travelling, both in Australia and Overseas.
