This site constitutes part of a service sold and/or supplied by Imagine Travel Pty Ltd and interactions and commerce with Imagine Travel and/or its agents constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you are, or represent a wholesaler, hotel, cruise line, ship, airline or aircraft, insurance firm, government body or consulate, currency provider, transfer firm or tour provider, or any combination of the aforementioned or anyone associated with the above entities, you are hereby noticed that any changes to arrangements with Imagine Travel, its clients, or agents, not discussed and authorised in writing by a Director of Imagine Travel signed in ink by both parties under their full personal and commercial liability will incur a fee that ranges from $50,000 to $10,000,000 per occurrence. Any changes to commercial arrangements by any entity in commerce with Imagine Travel and/or its agents not authorised in ink by both parties under their full personal and commercial liabilities will incur a fee that may start at $250 per hour or part thereof or estimation of Imagine Travel up to a fee of $10,000,000. Dispute of such fee will incur further fees. If you represent a supplier to Imagine Travel, such as but not  limited to electricity or telephone services, the aforementioned fees will also apply to you should provision of the aforementioned  written agreement from a Director of Imagine Travel not be produced.
